Position: Logistics Analyst for Kasentex Inc

Full time in Hillsborough, NJ


Job Duties:


  • Analyze and integrate the full spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and e-commerce environments of textile trade;

  • Prepare, collect, analyze, and implement directives to ensure effective logistics support and refine supply chain operation in lead time, cost, quality and vendor relationships;

  • Develop, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with the life cycle management of distribution, packaging, procurement, internal allocation and shipment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers and smooth communication with suppliers;

  • Maintain daily warehouse operations, implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs and apply warehouse management software (WMS) to ensure proper tracking of inventory and orders;

  • Coordinate with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any shipment issues; work closely with customer service teams to resolve delivery issues or discrepancies;

  • Analyze warehouse and logistics performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement;

  • Monitor and address international trade issues including logistics channel, tariff issues and trade barrier, optimize the freight, and present analysis reports to the management.


Job requirements:


5 year experience involving the following: international trade, global packing standards and VAT regulations, import and export operations, warehouse operations, optimization of logistics procedures including distribution, inventory management and transportation, and using WMS.
